Shipping & Returns
Shipping typically takes 7-10 days from the time your prescription is approved. Please note that each order, even if you have received the same medication from us before, is a newly issued prescription and requires time for approval, processing, production, and shipping.
You will receive notification when your order has shipped.
Due to the nature of prescription medication, all sales are final and no returns, exchanges, or refunds are permitted.
This policy is in place to protect the safety and integrity of our prescription medications. Prescription medications are only issued and produced when an order is placed, and cannot be returned by law. We understand that mistakes can happen, so if you have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to assist you.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
